Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dime Learning Library Ltd, we are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences. Because our live clinics, masterclasses, and mentorship cohorts maintain strictly limited class sizes (typically 6 to 8 participants), cancellations directly affect class capacity.

This policy outlines our transparent guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and tuition refunds.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility Windows

A. Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance

Full Refund (100%): If you cancel your enrollment in any workshop or masterclass at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of all tuition fees paid.
Alternative (Complimentary Rescheduling): You may alternatively transfer your registration to any upcoming cohort date within 6 months at zero additional charge.

B. Cancellations Made Between 24 and 48 Hours in Advance

Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before class commencement are eligible for a 50% refund, or a one-time complimentary transfer to a future scheduled cohort.

C. Cancellations Within 24 Hours or Non-Attendance (No-Shows)

Because seats cannot be reassigned to waitlisted students on short notice, cancellations submitted within 24 hours of session start, or failure to attend a live scheduled session, are non-refundable.
However, absent attendees will receive the complete recorded session archive (where applicable), annotated slide decks, and digital lab exercise workbooks.

2. 4-Week Guided Research Mentorship Cohorts

For our month-long mentorship programs:

Prior to Week 1: Full 100% refund if cancelled at least 7 calendar days before the opening masterclass.
During Week 1 (Satisfaction Guarantee): If after attending the first week’s masterclasses you feel the technical depth is not suited to your academic background, notify us within 48 hours of Week 1 completion to receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining 3 weeks.
After Week 1: Tuition fees become non-refundable as 1-on-1 research office hours and sandbox testbed slots are actively allocated.

3. Dedicated Corporate & University Workshops

Private group sessions may be rescheduled without penalty up to 5 business days prior to the agreed workshop date.
Cancellations with less than 5 business days’ notice incur a 25% administrative fee to cover pre-allocated instructor scheduling and dedicated private lab server provisioning.

4. Refund Request Process & Timelines

To initiate a refund or request a cohort transfer:

Submit Request: Send an email from your registered registration address to hello@hubbeaconcore.click with the subject line: Refund Request - [Order / Cohort Reference].
Review & Confirmation: Our admissions desk will review and confirm your request within 1 business day.
Processing Method: Approved refunds are issued directly to the original payment method (bank transfer or payment card).
Timeframe: Funds typically appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your banking institution.
